By downloading, installing, or using the Yugo app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, extract source code, or use bots/scrapers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and source code within Yugo are the exclusive property of Yugo and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yugo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
